How do I book you? You can book your appointment via the book me tab or via email, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to book your appointment.
When should I book my pre-wedding makeup trial? The best time to book your pre-wedding trial is approximately one to six months before your wedding. All trials take place at Pro Makeup Artist studio in Huntsville Alabama.
May I do a pre-wedding trial before I commit? Absolutely! We want you to be 100% sure of your decision. Please keep in mind that Shuneil cannot hold a date without a deposit and contract.
Do you come to me on my wedding day? Yes. Shuneil’s services include travel to your wedding location. Please inquire for travel fees.
Do I pay a deposit to book my appointment? Yes. A deposit is required to book your appointment.
What methods of payments do you accept? Shuneil accepts Cash, CC or PayPal.
What should I do before makeup appointment? Before coming for your makeup appointment please be sure that brows are groomed and you come with a clean and moisturized face. Please inform Shuneil of any allergies or any pre-existing skin conditions.
What is your cancellation policy? You have 72 hours from the date you book your appointment to cancel without any penalty. If you cancel after the 72 hour window your deposit will not be refunded and it cannot be transferred to another date.
Is there a fee for being late? Yes, a fee of up to 25.00 may be charged for being late. Each client is scheduled for a minimum 60min session. There is no grace period and being late will not be tolerated. It is important to keep your allotted time so that Shuneil can have the adequate time to produce quality work.
